为迎接1996年13届国际档案大会在我国召开,扩大档案工作在国内外的影响,增强社会档案意识,团结教育广大档案工作者,推动湖南档案事业的发展,省档案局和省新闻图片社联合编辑出版一套《湖南档案工作十五年》的新闻彩色挂图,省委书记王茂林、省长陈邦柱为此题了词。主茂林同志的题词是“借鉴历史,服务当今,昭示未来。”陈邦柱同志的题词是:“保护整理好人类记忆和文化遗产。”
In order to meet the 13th International Archives Congress held in our country in 1996, to expand the impact of archival work at home and abroad, to enhance awareness of social archives, to educate the vast number of archivists and to promote the development of archives in Hunan Province, the provincial archives and the provincial news photo agency Editing and publishing a set of news color charts of “Fifteen Years of Hunan Archives Work”. Provincial Party Secretary Wang Maolin and Governor Chen Bangzhu inscribed the words. The inscription of Comrade Maolin argues that “learning from history, serving the present and showing the future.” The inscription of Comrade Chen Bangzhu is: “Protecting and Rectifying Human Memory and Cultural Heritage.”
