近年来,部队基层人员骨折发生率有所增高,本支队85年度共发生骨折(包括关节脱位)病人22例,占同时期总人数的1.4％,现把对22例骨折病人的调查分析报告如下。一般资料本部队主要担负城市警卫执勤、看押等任务,连队分散。22例骨折脱位病人发生在10个中队,五个直属小单位,均经X线拍片检查证实。时间在4～12月间,全部为男性战士,年龄在19～23岁。骨折发生特点一、成因 22例骨折病人,均系外伤性骨折。其中18例为间接暴力致伤,主要为手掌撑地跌倒,足内、外翻蹩伤所致;4例直接暴力所致,其中2例分别被水管、汽车轮胎
