目的:评价人性化护理服务在门诊输液室护理中的应用效果。方法:将该院实施人性化护理服务后的164例门诊输液患者设为观察组,另选取实施人性化护理服务前的164例门诊输液患者作为对照组,通过自制满意度调查问卷对所有患者的护理满意度进行调查。结果:观察组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理服务在门诊输液患者护理中具有较好的应用效果,可提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of humanized nursing service in outpatient infusion room care. Methods: 164 cases of outpatient infusion patients after humanized nursing service in the hospital were selected as the observation group. 164 cases of outpatient infusion patients before the implementation of humanized nursing service were selected as the control group. All patients’ Nursing satisfaction survey. Results: The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The humanized nursing service has a good effect in the outpatient infusion of patient care, which can improve patient satisfaction.
