在某矿冻结井筒的施工和运行过程中,进行连续持久的监测,获取大量监测数据,实时分析和了解结构内力的变化情况。监测项目有井筒外壁冻结压力、钢筋应力以及混凝土应变。根据监测数据,分析井筒内力的变化规律和原因,判断井壁是否足够安全可靠。同时依据监测情况来调整施工作业,以采取必要的修复加固或抢修处理。
During the construction and operation of a mine freezing wellbore, continuous and long-term monitoring is conducted to obtain a large amount of monitoring data and to analyze and understand the changes of internal forces of structures in real time. The monitoring items include wellbore outer wall freezing pressure, steel bar stress and concrete strain. According to the monitoring data, analyze the variation regularities and reasons of the internal forces in the wellbore and judge whether the wellbore is safe and reliable. At the same time based on monitoring the situation to adjust the construction operations to take the necessary repair and reinforcement or repair processing.
