一台熊猫DB35H1—Q型黑白电视机,出现水平一条亮线故障,经检查发现:场扫描集成电路TA7242的①、③、④、⑤脚的对地电压有异常,但其外围元件均正常,手模集成块表面明显发热,怀疑集成块的放大输出电路损坏。手头正好有一μPC1031H2,其内部振荡电路损坏,而放大输出电路是功能完好的集成块。试将两块集成电路合并使用,获得成功。具体做法是:从线路板上焊下TA7242集成块,剪去①、③、⑦、⑨、⑩脚。将μPC1031H2集成块的④、⑤、⑥脚剪去,安装到电路板原TA7242集成块的位置,并固定与散热片和焊好
