目的:观察左归丸对雷公藤多苷(GTW)诱导的少弱精子症大鼠模型的精子参数、睾丸/附睾系数、生殖激素水平、附睾肉毒碱含量的预防作用。方法:将36只雄性SD大鼠随机平均分为正常组、模型组及左归丸组,每组12只,共计8周。模型组前4周用去离子水进行干预,5~8周用40mg/(kg·d)的雷公藤多苷进行造模;左归丸治疗组前4周用6g/(kg·d)的左归丸混悬液进行预防性干预,5~8周用40mg/(kg·d)的雷公藤多苷进行干预。检测大鼠精子参数;测量睾丸的重量,计算睾丸脏器系数;测定血清黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌激素(E_2)、泌乳素(PRL)、睾酮(T)、抑制素B(INHB)及附睾肉毒碱(EC)含量。结果:左归丸组与模型组相比,大鼠睾丸脏器系数、精子质量(活力、数量)、血清FSH、LH、T、INHB、EC含量方面的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);但INHB、EC水平仍与正常组有一定差异(P<0.05)。结论:前期应用左归丸能够有效减少GTW对大鼠生殖器官的损伤程度,包括对一般状态、睾丸/附睾脏器指数、精子质量及生殖激素水平、附睾肉毒碱含量的影响,具有一定的预防作用。
Objective: To observe the preventive effect of Zuogui Pill on sperm parameters, testis / epididymal coefficient, reproductive hormone level, and carnitine content of epididymis in the rat model of oligoasthenospermia induced by tripterygium wilfordii glycosides (GTW). Methods: Thirty-six male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group and Zuoguiwan group, 12 rats in each group for a total of 8 weeks. The model group was treated with deionized water for the first 4 weeks and the model group was treated with 40 mg / (kg · d) of tripterygium glycosides 5-8 weeks. In the first 4 weeks of Zuogui pill treatment group, 6g / (kg · d) Zuoguiwan suspension for preventive intervention, 5-8 weeks with 40mg / (kg · d) of Tripterygium glycosides intervention. The testis sperm parameters were measured. The weight of testis was measured and the coefficient of testis organ was calculated. The levels of serum LH, FSH, PR_2, T_ (2), progesterone Inhibin B (INHB) and epididymal carnitine (EC) content. Results: Compared with the model group, there were significant differences in the testis organ coefficient, sperm quality (activity and quantity), serum FSH, LH, T, INHB and EC in the Zuoguiwan group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). However, the levels of INHB and EC were still different from the normal group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Zuogui Pill can effectively reduce the damage of genital organs caused by GTW in rats, including the general status, the index of testis / epididymis, the sperm quality and reproductive hormone, the content of carnitine in epididymis, Preventive effect.
