人力资源是建筑施工企业重要的资源,也是企业保持竞争力的关键,随着市场经济的发展,企业越来越重视人力资源的重要性,但是,在新时期的建筑施工企业的人力资源管理中,依然存在着一些和市场经济体制不相符的问题,制约了人力资源发挥其作用。本文主要阐述了建筑施工企业人力资源管理的特点和人力资源管理的重要性,并详细分析了新时期建筑施工企业中人力资源管理中存在的问题,最后提出了几点加强人力资源管理的方法。
Human resources is an important resource for construction enterprises and also the key for enterprises to maintain their competitiveness.
