目的:研究定位和微创技术在上颌前牙区埋伏牙拔除术中的应用。方法:前牙区埋伏牙患者30例,通过锥形束CT(CBCT)准确定位,利用气动式外科专用切割手机联合动力钻精确去骨,联合分牙术微创拔除患牙。结果 :30例患牙均顺利拔除,手术时间15~28 min,平均20 min,术后反应小,肿胀较轻。所有病例均未发生感染、损伤邻牙等并发症,术后1周拆线,伤口一期愈合。结论:通过CBCT术前准确定位,利用高速气动手机联合动力钻精确去骨及分牙后拔除前牙区埋伏牙,充分体现了微创拔牙的技术与理念,适合推广应用。
Objective: To study the application of localization and minimally invasive technique in ambulatory extraction of maxillary anterior teeth. Methods: Thirty patients with impacted teeth in the anterior teeth area were accurately positioned by cone beam computed tomography (CBCT). Pneumatic surgical combined cutting mobile phone combined with power drill was used to accurately debonate the teeth. Results: All the 30 teeth were successfully removed. The operation time ranged from 15 to 28 minutes with an average of 20 minutes. The postoperative reaction was small and the swelling was mild. All cases were not infected, adjacent teeth injury and other complications, 1 week after suture removal, wound healing. Conclusion: Accurate positioning of CBCT preoperatively, the use of high-speed pneumatic handpiece combined with power drill accurate deboning and sub-tooth extraction after anterior chamber incisors, fully reflects the technology and concept of minimally invasive extraction, suitable for the promotion and application.
