为了探讨脑室内脑膜瘤组织类型和组织来源,对34例脑室内脑膜瘤通过光镜、电镜和免疫组化方法与脑室内其它肿瘤鉴别。结果表明,脑室内脑膜瘤以纤维型为主,组织来源倾向于脉络丛问质。免疫组化Vimentin和EMA阳性。结论:电镜和免疫组化对脑室内脑膜瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断有一定帮助。
In order to investigate the type and tissue source of intracerebral meningiomas, 34 cases of intraventricular meningiomas were identified by light microscopy, electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry with other tumors in the brain. The results showed that intraventricular meningioma mainly fibrosis, tissue sources tend to choroid plexus qualitative. Immunohistochemistry Vimentin and EMA positive. Conclusion: Electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry may be helpful in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of intraventricular meningioma.
