[目的]探讨胃镜下高频电凝联合奥美拉唑和胃复春治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阴性的成熟型疣状胃炎的临床应用价值。[方法]对符合标准确诊为Hp阴性的成熟型疣状胃炎患者60例,随机分为2组,治疗组先采取胃镜下高频电电凝治疗,将隆起病变电凝平,然后服用奥美拉唑20mg/次,1次/d,连服6周;胃复春4片,3次/d,3个月为1个疗程,共治疗4个疗程。对照组不予高频电电凝,用药同治疗组,2组均于疗程结束后复查胃镜以观察疗效。[结果]治疗组的治愈率、总有效率明显高于对照组(80.0%,46.7%P<0.01;96.7%,73.3%,P<0.05)。[结论]内镜下高频电凝联合奥美拉唑和胃复春治疗Hp阴性的成熟型疣状胃炎是一种有效、安全的方法。
[Objective] To explore the clinical value of high frequency electrocoagulation combined with omeprazole and Wei Fuchun for the treatment of H.pylori (Hp) -negative mature verrucous gastritis under endoscopy. [Method] Sixty patients with mature verrucous gastritis diagnosed as Hp-negative were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with high-frequency electrocoagulation by gastroscope, the coagulation of the elevated lesions was electroporated, and then Ogilvy & Mather L-20mg / time, 1 time / d, even for 6 weeks; stomach Fuchun 4, 3 times / d, 3 months for a course of treatment, a total of 4 courses of treatment. The control group was not given high-frequency electrical coagulation, medication with the treatment group, two groups were reviewed after end of gastroscopy to observe the effect. [Results] The cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group (80.0%, 46.7%, P <0.01; 96.7%, 73.3%, P <0.05). [Conclusion] Endoscopic high frequency electrocoagulation combined with omeprazole and Wei Fuchun in the treatment of Hp negative mature verrucous gastritis is an effective and safe method.
