~(131)I——hipp(131碘邻-碘马尿酸钠)为肾小管上皮细胞吸收和分泌。静脉注射后随血液迅速在肾实质内浓集,并迅速经肾盂和输尿管排出。用γ闪烁照象机连续摄影,可显示出肾脏的实质、肾盂、输尿管和膀胱的影象。将连续的影象连贯分析,可以了解到肾实质形态和功能的改变,尿路通畅的情况及梗阻的部位。本文报告肾结核、多囊肾、肾肿瘤和上尿路梗阻在γ肾动态照相(以下简称“动态”照相)中的表现,并对其有关问题加以讨论。

The continuous image of the coherent analysis, we can understand the changes in renal parenchymal morphology and function, urinary tract patency and obstruction site. This article reports on the manifestations of renal tuberculosis, polycystic kidney disease, renal tumors, and upper urinary tract obstruction in a gamma-nephrogram (hereinafter referred to as “dynamic” photography) and discusses its related issues.
