一、实验原理剖析1.DNA的释放:DNA存在于鸡血细胞的细胞核中,正常情况下不会释放出来。为了使DNA从细胞核中释放出来,实验中采用了向鸡血细胞液中加入蒸馏水并且搅拌的方法。蒸馏水对于鸡血细胞来说,是一种低渗溶液,水分可以大量进入血细胞内,使血细胞破裂。再加上搅拌的机械作用,加速了鸡血细胞的破裂,于是释放出DNA和RNA。但是,释放出来的大量DNA和RNA往往与蛋白质结合在一起。2.将DNA与蛋白质分离:根据二者的特性,即在浓度较高的NaCl溶液(物质的量浓度为2 mol/L)
