工业废水对鱼类致毒、生长、发育影响,是当前生物学监测水污染的一项重要指标,本课题目的是为保护渔业资源及合理制定渔业用水标准提供科学依据。工业废水中污染物种类繁多,难以用单一的理论指标表示其污染程度。鱼类对水环境中所发生的物理、化学和生物性的各种变化反应十分灵敏。通过鱼类毒理实验就能够在一定程度上综合地反应水体的污染情况和污染物的联合
