超声波探伤在蒸汽机车上的应用,成功地解决了机车轮轴和带固装套轴类部件的不退套探伤问题。1980年普遍应用超声波探伤,与1979年相比,全路蒸汽机车减少断轴事故83%,减少事故损失费、节约轮轴检修费和退套材抖费共达116.4万元,一年内收回了开展超声波探伤总投资的83%。本文从技术、安全、经济各个方面论证了应用超声波探伤的效果。
The application of ultrasonic flaw detection in steam locomotive has successfully solved the flaw detection problems of locomotive axles and non-returnable sleeves with fixed-shaft components. In 1980, ultrasonic flaw detection was commonly used. Compared with 1979, the locomotive reduced the number of shaft accidents by 83%, reduced accidental loss, saved axle inspection fees and refunding materials by a total of 1.164 million yuan, and recovered within one year Ultrasonic flaw detection 83% of the total investment. This article demonstrates the effect of ultrasonic flaw detection from all aspects of technology, safety and economy.
