通过对13例功能失调性子宫出血患者42个宫内膜标本的透射电镜观察,初步总结了该病子宫内膜的超微结构特点。比较不同作用时间、不同浓度性激素影响下内膜超微结构的变化,认为雌激素主要与结构蛋白的合成及间质细胞的成熟有关,超微结构变化的程度与雌激素作用持续时间明显相关;孕激素主要与腺细胞的分泌及间质细胞的分化有关。在出血机理中,间质反应异常为一重要病理因素,建议在止血治疗中应用孕激素制剂。
Thirteen cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding in 42 endometrial specimens observed by transmission electron microscopy, preliminary summary of the disease endometrial ultrastructural features. The changes of ultrastructure of endometrium under different time and different concentrations of sex hormones were compared. It is concluded that estrogen is mainly related to the synthesis of structural proteins and the maturation of stromal cells. The degree of ultrastructural changes is obviously related to the duration of estrogen. Progesterone is mainly associated with the secretion of glandular cells and the differentiation of stromal cells. In the bleeding mechanism, interstitial abnormalities as an important pathological factors, it is recommended in the application of hemostatic progestin preparation.
