在多层住宅中,屋面排水方式大部分采用有组织排水。但在使用中,往往由于自重和水流的冲击,促使水落管管箍松动,造成水落管下落,使部分水落管在连接处脱节,因而漏水。由于脱节往往位于高处,维修十分不方便。近年来,我们对水落管的终端用砌体作了如左图所示的处理。实践证明,这样做不但消除了水落管使用时的故障,而且杜绝了水落管丢失的现象。 In multi-storey dwellings, most of the roof drainage methods use organized drainage.
