目的:利用自行建立的条件性位置偏爱模型,探讨N-硝基-L-精氨酸(NO2Arg)对阿片类物质诱导的精神依赖性的影响。方法:通过观察吗啡、二氢埃托啡精神依赖的昆明种小鼠,在皮下注射NO2Arg前后于条件性位置偏爱箱偏爱侧停留的时间,判断小鼠精神依赖情况。结果:4mg/kgNO2Arg使吗啡和二氢埃托啡精神依赖小鼠在偏爱侧停留时间分别由给予NO2Arg前的(6.09±2.02),(7.98±0.72)min增加到给予后的(9.31±1.10),(9.48±1.21)min(P<0.01)。结论:NO2Arg可逆转吗啡和二氢埃托啡所致的条件性位置偏爱,提示NO在阿片类药物精神依赖性形成中起重要作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of N-nitro-L-arginine (NO2Arg) on the psychic dependence induced by opioids by using a self-made conditional place preference model. Methods: By observing morphine and dihydroetorphine-dependent Kunming mice, the dependence of mice on mood preference was judged by the time spent on subjective injection of NO2Arg in preference position side of preference box. RESULTS: Compared with pretreatment with NO2Arg (6.09 ± 2.02) and (7.98 ± 0.72) min before and after administration of NO2Arg, morphine and dihydroetorphine-dependent mice at 4 mg / kg NO2Arg increased (9.31 ± 1.10) and (9.48 ± 1.21) min after administration (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: NO2Arg reverses the conditioned place preference induced by morphine and dihydroetorphine, suggesting that NO plays an important role in the formation of psychosocial dependence of opioids.
