本文通过高速摄影、温度场测定及电镜分析等实验手段,研究了正挤压液锻过程的主要缺陷——冷管的形成及危害。指出冷管是由于压室温度低,液锻工艺参数不当而形成的。冷管在正济压液锻过程中会重熔或破碎。冷管重熔或破碎后均匀分布时,它对产品的质量没有危害,但当冷管完整地进入工件内部时,就对产品的性能产生极为有害的影响。文内根据冷管形成机理及金相组织分析的结果,提出了消除冷管的措施。这些措施,经生产证明是有效的。
In this paper, by means of high-speed photography, temperature field measurement and electron microscopy analysis and other experimental methods, the main defects of the liquid forging process is studied - the formation of cold pipes and hazards. Pointed out that the cold pipe is due to the pressure chamber temperature is low, liquid forging process parameters formed improperly. Cold pipe will be remelting or crushing in the process of forging forging. When the cold pipe is remelted or crushed evenly distributed, it is not harmful to the quality of the product, but when the cold pipe fully into the interior of the workpiece, it has a very detrimental impact on the performance of the product. According to the formation mechanism of cold pipe and the result of microstructure analysis, measures to eliminate cold pipe are put forward. These measures, proved by the production is effective.
