Scid小鼠缺乏T和B淋巴细胞免疫功能,实验性糖尿病又进一步增加其感染机会,饲养难度更大。应用层流柜划分饲养及工作区,并设立“污染手制度”,在清洁环境内局部控制为SPF环境;日常饲养中适量添加维生素,成功饲养实验性糖尿病(Sevore Combined Immunodeficience Scid)小鼠四批,最长9周,顺利完成实验。实践证明,通过严密的环境控制,严格的操作程序,在清洁级环境中应用层流柜局部控制为SPF环境,短期饲养实验性糖尿病Scid小鼠是可行的。
