经一定热处理和应变后的Cu-Zn-Al合金具有良好的双程形状记忆效应,有希望在工业上获得应用,研究了多次热循环及在不同温度时效对Ms温度和形状回复性能的影响。经700次热循环后的双程形状回复率仍高达60%左右,高温时效使双程形状回复率衰退很快,但在100℃以下时效则对双程形状回复性能影响不大。
