本文介绍的是一种用单片微型计算机控制的三相脉宽调制波形发生器。该电路与逆变器相连接,以控制异步电机的转速。其脉冲的频率为1000Hz,调制频率为(1~80)Hz,连续可调。为了提高调频的精度,采用8位单片机与12位模/数转换器构成控制系统,用以进行12位的数据采集和数据处理。从而使调频精度从8位数据处理的0.33Hz/步提高到0.05Hz/步。本文主要介绍整个控制系统硬件电路与控制程序的设计方法。
This article describes a single-chip microcomputer control of three-phase pulse width modulation waveform generator. The circuit is connected to the inverter to control the speed of the asynchronous motor. The pulse frequency of 1000Hz, the modulation frequency (1 ~ 80) Hz, continuously adjustable. In order to improve the accuracy of FM, 8-bit single-chip microcomputer and 12-bit analog-to-digital converter constitute a control system for 12-bit data acquisition and data processing. So that the FM precision from 8-bit data processing 0.33Hz / step increased to 0.05Hz / step. This article mainly introduces the design method of the whole control system hardware circuit and control program.
