企业一把手的威信是增强领导效能、实现企业目标的重要因素和基础条件。针对有些企业一把手存在着“有权无威”的现象,分析了其危害性,不仅影响领导者的领导效能,而且严重影响了党和政府在职工群众中的威信。重视一把手“有权无威”现象,研究其发生的原因,探讨对其预防和克服的办法,采取有力措施,彻底解决一把手“有权无威”现象,从而保证企业的健康发展。
The prestige of the top leaders in the enterprise is an important factor and basic condition for enhancing the effectiveness of the leadership and achieving the goals of the enterprise.
