在全国成品油市场销售异常疲软的大形势下,2013年上半年,中石化九江石油分公司面临的成品油销售压力空前巨大。今年的雨天比往年时间更长,降水量更大。雨天使得工地施工进度缓慢,柴油需求量直线下降。有压力就有动力,动力带来智力,智力产生效益。针对市场销售困境,九江分公司内控成本,挖潜增效;外拓市场,发掘新客户。同时,依托政府行政力量,严厉打击非法成品油干扰市场,从而走出了成品油销售的困境。
Under the general situation of unusually weak sales in the refined oil product market nationwide, the sales pressure on refined oil products faced by Sinopec Jiujiang Petroleum Company was unprecedentedly huge in the first half of 2013.
