以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙稀酸异辛酯(2-EHA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、苯乙烯(St)和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为单体,以过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,乙醇为溶剂,制备了一种可擦拭型丙烯酸酯压敏胶。通过红外光谱表征了丙烯酸酯树脂的结构;通过对压敏胶初粘性和持粘性的探讨,确定各种单体的比例和引发剂的用量。结果表明:当非功能单体质量比BA∶2-EHA∶MMA∶St=4∶4∶0.75∶0.25,水性功能单体AMPS用量为非功能单体总质量的7.5%(wt,质量分数,下同),引发剂BPO用量为单体总质量的1%时,压敏胶初粘性为10#,室温持粘性为6.1h,并且可以用水擦拭干净,解决了压敏胶在部分应用场合中残胶不易去除的问题。
