作者利用双色荧光试剂，结合流式细胞术分析了１６例正常人外周血Ｔ细胞表面活化抗原的表达。结果表明，静止的外周血Ｔ细胞能表达少量低密度的活化抗原（ＣＤ２５、ＣＤ３８、ＨＬＡ─ＤＲ抗原），其平均值为：ＣＤ_３~＋ＣＤ_２５~＋细胞为６．０７±３，４５％；ＣＤ_３~＋ＣＤ_３８~＋为１１．６５±７．１３％；ＣＤ_３~＋ＤＲ＋为９．４７±４．２９％。ＰＨＡ刺激的Ｔ细胞活化抗原的表达明显增加，密度增强，以ＣＤ２５抗原的表达为著，但活化抗原出现的时间不一，为进一步研究病理状态下的Ｔ细胞表面活化抗原的变化提供了正常参考值。
The authors analyzed the expression of T-cell surface antigen (T-cell) in peripheral blood of 16 normal people using two-color fluorescent reagent combined with flow cytometry. The results showed that a small amount of low density activated antigen (CD25, CD38, HLA-DR antigen) can be expressed in resting peripheral blood T cells. The average values of CD3 + CD_25 ~ + cells were 6.07 ± 3.45% ~ + CD_38 ~ + was 11.65 ± 7.13%; CD_3 ~ + DR + was 9.47 ± 4.29%. PHA-stimulated T cell activation antigen expression was significantly increased, the density increased to CD25 antigen expression, but the activated antigen appeared in different time, to further study the pathological state of T cell surface antigen to provide a normal reference value.
