菠菜种子是胚珠受精后胞片硬化发育的胞果,果皮变成革质。因为果皮坚硬萌发时果皮吸水、膨胀、软化速度慢,使种子内部细胞很难吸足水分来满足萌发时贮藏物质转化的要求。因此菠菜种子的发芽试验全过程需要14天才能完成(GB3543—83)。菠菜包衣种子是在革质上又包被一层药剂膜、致使种子吸水更为困难,进一步加长了发芽试验周期。本实验目的是找到一种准确、科学、快速的判定菠菜包衣种子发芽率的方法,为经营决策提供依据。
Spinach seeds are the cytoplasm of hardened and sclerosed cells after ovule fertilization and the pericarp becomes leathery. Because the peel hard germination pericarp water absorption, swelling, softening slow, so that the seeds inside the cell is difficult to absorb enough water to meet the germination requirements of storage material conversion. Therefore, the whole process of germination of spinach seeds need 14 days to complete (GB3543-83). Spinach coated seeds are coated with a layer of medicinal film on the leathery skin, which makes it more difficult for the seeds to absorb water and further lengthens the germination test period. The purpose of this experiment is to find an accurate, scientific and rapid method to determine the germination rate of spinach-coated seeds and provide the basis for business decision-making.
