1 引言 大众健美操是一项全面锻炼身体的有氧运动。这种特殊的运动是以身体对氧气的利用为基础,通过有氧运动提高人体的机能,特别是心肺功能。有氧运动是指任何富于韵律性的运动,其训练时的心率应保持在最大心率的60%~80%(最大心率=220-年龄),每次锻炼20~30min左右,每周锻炼次数3次左右。有氧锻炼可以是游泳、划船、爬山、散步、骑自行车、越野滑雪、滑冰或慢跑等。但实际上许多健美操锻炼者在锻炼时,往往不能把自己的心率有效控制在有氧运动的心率区域内,许多人在训练时一感到疲劳、肌肉酸痛就中止了锻炼,而没有达到应有的锻炼时间,也不会取得很好的锻炼效果。
