目的:探讨不同血糖及血压水平对尿白蛋白排泄率的影响及其相互关系。方法:用放射免疫法对糖尿病普查中发现的糖尿病(DM)95例,糖耐量异常(IGT)158例及血糖正常者180例进行尿白蛋白排泄率(UAn)检测。结果:UAE在血糖正常、IGT及 DM组,以及血压正常、临界高血压及高血压组均呈逐渐升高,三组间均有显著性差异(P<0.05或0.01),微量白蛋白尿及高血压发生率在血糖正常、IGT及DM组亦逐渐升高。结论:肾脏损害可在高血糖及高血压的早期阶段,高血压发生与糖代谢紊乱密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the effects of different blood glucose and blood pressure levels on urinary albumin excretion and their correlations. Methods: Urinary albumin excretion rate (UAn) was detected by radioimmunoassay in 95 cases of diabetes mellitus (DM), 158 cases of impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) and 180 cases of normal blood glucose. Results: The levels of UAE in normal blood glucose, IGT and DM groups, as well as in patients with normal blood pressure, critical hypertension and hypertension were all significantly increased (all P <0.05 or 0.01) Albuminuria and the incidence of hypertension in the normal blood glucose, IGT and DM group also gradually increased. Conclusion: Kidney damage may occur in the early stage of hyperglycemia and hypertension. The occurrence of hypertension is closely related to the disturbance of glucose metabolism.
