目前我国法定使用的食品染料分析方法为正相薄层色谱法,展层需用三组展开剂,展层时间长达三、四小时。我们曾用自制的苯基键合板,使用离子对反相薄层色谱法,只需一次展层,即可分离常用的四种食品染料。本文探索了制备甲基反相薄层板的方法,并用于分离和鉴定食品染料.研究了反相离子对系统的各种参数的变化对分离的影响,确定了最佳分离条件。
At present, the analytical method for food dyes that are legally used in China is normal phase thin-layer chromatography. Three layers of developing agent are used for the development of the layer, and the layering time is as long as three or four hours. We have used self-made phenyl bonding plates and used ion-pair reversed-phase thin-layer chromatography to separate four commonly used food dyes in a single layer. This article explored the preparation of methyl reversed-phase thin-layer plates, which was used to isolate and identify food dyes. The effects of various parameters of the reverse-phase ion-pair system on the separation were studied, and the optimal separation conditions were determined.
