随着我国铁路建设的不断发展,国内地铁建设随之而来,面对巨大的资金投入的困扰,给相关政府带来了巨大的压力。为了有效的解决投资问题,我国将PPP模式的经营投资模式引进到地铁项目投资中去。本文主要阐述城市地铁PPP项目的现状以及投资发展的研究分析,为全面,客观,准确的认识项目的真正价值,做出正确的决策。更好的为我国的铁路建设提供更好的经济效益,为人们的出行带来便利。
With the continuous development of China’s railway construction, the construction of the domestic subway has followed it. Faced with the huge capital investment, it has brought tremendous pressure to the relevant government. In order to solve the investment problem effectively, our country will introduce the mode of operation and investment of PPP into the subway project investment. This article mainly elaborates the status quo of the urban subway PPP project and the research and analysis of the investment and development, and makes correct decisions for a comprehensive, objective and accurate understanding of the true value of the project. Better for China’s railway construction to provide better economic efficiency, bring convenience for people’s travel.
