以OCC浆代替价格昂贵的未漂硫酸盐浆(UKP)来生产牛皮纸可提高牛皮纸生产企业的竞争力。但用OCC浆生产牛皮纸时,存在因印刷油墨及其他污染物而使产品含大量重金属及其他危害物等问题。为提高OCC浆中油墨和重金属的去除率,研究了在OCC浆揉搓过程中加碱的作用效果。结果表明,在OCC浆揉搓段添加NaOH和Na2SiO3能使油墨从纤维表面分离,有效地去除OCC浆中的油墨,从而提高OCC浆中重金属的去除率。揉搓段加碱能改善油墨分离效果,降低浆料的有效残余油墨浓度,提高浆料白度。此外,成纸的抗张强度和抗张能量吸收也有所提高。
The production of kraft paper by replacing the expensive unbleached kraft pulp (UKP) with OCC pulp can increase the competitiveness of the kraft paper manufacturer. However, the use of OCC pulp kraft paper, there are printing inks and other contaminants leaving the product containing a lot of heavy metals and other hazards and other issues. In order to improve the removal rate of ink and heavy metal in OCC pulp, the effect of adding alkali during the rubbing of OCC pulp was studied. The results showed that the addition of NaOH and Na2SiO3 in the kneading stage of OCC pulp can separate the ink from the fiber surface and effectively remove the ink from the OCC pulp so as to improve the removal rate of heavy metals in OCC pulp. Kneading segment alkali can improve the ink separation effect, reduce the effective residual ink concentration of the slurry, improve the whiteness of the slurry. In addition, the paper tensile strength and tensile energy absorption also increased.
