近几年,各成品油销售企业先后推行了片区培训体系。片区培训体系运行以来,在提高加油站一线员工队伍整体素质,提升加油站经营管理水平等方面发挥了重要作用。然而这之中也存在一些问题,如师资欠缺授课经验和技巧,总体授课水平不高;课程种类单一,课程质量有待优化;学员工学矛盾突出,参训积极性有待提高;片区培训站网点分散,日常组织管理总体水平不高等。针对这些问题,提出了一些可行性建议。
In recent years, the sales of oil products companies have implemented a training area system. Since the district training system was put into operation, it has played an important role in improving the overall quality of the front-line staff of gas stations and enhancing the operation and management level of gas stations. However, there are some problems among them, such as teachers lack of teaching experience and skills, the overall level of teaching is not high; a single type of curriculum, curriculum quality needs to be optimized; student work contradictions prominent, enthusiasm for training to be improved; Area training station network decentralized, daily The overall level of organizational management is not high. In view of these problems, some feasible suggestions are put forward.
