In modern society, no matter people are migrating, traveling, or otherwise, people often have to go to a foreign land. Many people who go out will find themselves unprepared. I remember that year I was admitted to a university in Beijing, my grandmother worried about my body will not adapt to take a trip to the garden downstairs dug up a new soil for me to take away. Grandma said to strange places, as long as the pinch some hometown soil into the drinking water, you can prevent acclimatized. On this earthwork, I am half-hearted, but also fail to beat my grandmother hurt my share of the heart, they brought their hometown to school, and later my body adaptability is good, that soil is useless. Now think of this matter, the effect of earthwork can not help but suspicious. Then I came to realize that there are other places where there is such things as “drinking water or salt from some hometown and drinking in the local water”. These earthworks are scientifically effective? Why acclimatized? How to overcome the acclimatization? To this end, I interviewed the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Guang’anmen Hospital General Director Xu Guicheng.
