在现代社会里,无论是迁徙、旅游、抑或其他,人们常免不了去往异乡,不少外出的人会出现水土不服的现象。记得那年我刚考上北京的一所大学,姥姥担心我出远门身体会不适应,忙到楼下花园里挖了一捧新土让我带走。姥姥说,到陌生地方,只要捏些家乡的土放进喝的水里,就能防止水土不服。对这种土方,我半信半疑,又拗不过姥姥疼我的那份心,便把家乡土带到了学校,后来我身体适应能力不错,那包土就没用上。如今想起此事,对于土方的效果不免心生怀疑。随后我逐渐了解到其他地区还有诸如“带些家乡的水或盐掺在当地的水里喝”的土方。这些土方是否科学有效?为什么会水土不服?如何克服水土不服?为此,我采访了中国中医科学院广安门医院综合科主任徐贵成。 In modern society, no matter people are migrating, traveling, or otherwise, people often have to go to a foreign land.
