无公害蔬菜是指商品蔬菜中不含有某些规定的有害物质或将其控制在允许范围内。但在蔬菜生产过程中,病虫害发生种类多、危害重。目前,对蔬菜病虫害防治仍以化学农药防治为主,农药使用量大,用药次数多,施用不当,常会造成蔬菜产品中过量农药残留,使蔬菜产品污染进而危及人体健康。因此,在蔬菜病虫害防治中,必须做到安全合理用药,减少化学农药用量和用药次数,把化学农药用量压低到最低限度,才能保证蔬菜产品中的农药残留量不超过国家规定的标准或国际上规定的农药残留极限,使蔬菜产品真正成为安全、营养、保健食品。
