采用k-ε双方程湍流模型、幂函数差分格式、非均匀交错网格系统和SIMPLER算法,对W型火焰锅炉燃烧室三维冷态流场进行了数值计算,给出了典型截面的流场图和速度分布图,揭示了W型火焰锅炉燃烧室内流动的主要物理特性,探讨了W型火焰锅炉燃烧室在燃烧低挥发分无烟煤时,在煤粉燃尽、煤粉点燃和低负荷稳燃等方面的机理,计算结果能反映炉内流动的基本特征,在工程上具有一定的参考价值。
The three-dimensional cold flow field in a W-type flame boiler combustion chamber is numerically calculated by k-ε two-equation turbulence model, power function difference scheme, non-uniform staggered grid system and SIMPLER algorithm. And velocity profile, the main physical characteristics of W-type flame boiler in the combustion chamber were revealed. When the combustion chamber of W-type flame boiler burned low volatile anthracite coal, In terms of mechanism, the calculation results can reflect the basic characteristics of the flow in the furnace, and have certain reference value in engineering.
