目的:探讨膝关节半月板CT横断扫描检查方法。方法:对20例正常成人和临床门诊与急诊的30多例患者行卧位屈曲膝关节100°左右CT横断扫描,关节间隙局部加细扫描。结果:(1)横断CT图像清晰显示内、外侧半月板的全貌,前角、体部及后角清晰,内外缘边界明确。(2)前后交叉韧带清晰,股骨内、外髁及髁间隆突及关节囊边缘锐利。结论:该方法CT横断像半月板清晰完整显示,解剖结构明确,显著提高半月板病变诊断率。
Objective: To investigate the CT scan of knee joint meniscus. Methods: Twenty patients with benign and recurrent knee flexion in 100 cases of normal adult and clinical outpatients and emergency department underwent CT scan and knee joint local fine scan of 100 ° flexion knee joint. Results: (1) CT images clearly show the entire medial and lateral meniscus, the anterior horn, body and posterior horn is clear, the boundary between the inner and outer edges is clear. (2) clear anterior cruciate ligament, the femur, the lateral condyle and intercondylar eminence and the edge of the joint capsule sharp. Conclusion: The CT transverse transection of the method clearly and completely shows the menisci, the anatomical structure is clear and the diagnostic rate of the meniscus lesions is significantly increased.
