目的:观察红景方对低氧状态下大鼠阴茎海绵体平滑肌纤维化的影响;方法:将120只SD大鼠随机分为常氧组、低氧模型组、前列腺E1组、红景Ⅰ号方低剂量组、红景Ⅰ号方中剂量组、红景Ⅰ号方高剂量组,每组20只,分别测定各组大鼠勃起情况、RT-PCR测定TGF-β1、Ⅰ型胶原、Ⅲ型胶原的相对表达量;结果造模6周后,与常氧组比较,模型组勃起次数明显降低(P<0.01),低氧实验动物模型建立成功;与常氧组比较,低氧模型组的TGF-β1、Ⅰ型胶原、Ⅲ型胶原含量均升高(P<0.05);与低氧模型组比较,高中低剂量的红景方组TGF-β1、Ⅰ型胶原、Ⅲ型胶原含量均降低(P<0.01)。结论红景Ⅰ号方有抗阴茎海绵体平滑肌细胞纤维化的作用效果,此作用可能与影响Ⅰ型胶原、Ⅲ型胶原及TGF-β1表达有关。
Objective: To observe the effects of Hongjingfang on hypophosphatemic smooth muscle fibrosis in rats under hypoxia.Methods: 120 SD rats were randomly divided into normoxia group, hypoxia model group, prostatic E1 group, Hongjing Ⅰ Fang low dose group, Hongjing Ⅰ middle dose group, Hongjing Ⅰ high dose group, 20 rats in each group. The erectile status of rats in each group were measured. The expressions of TGF-β1, collagen Ⅰ, Ⅲ Results Compared with normoxia group, the number of erection in model group decreased significantly (P <0.01), and hypoxia experimental animal model was established successfully. Compared with normoxic group, hypoxia model group (P <0.05). Compared with hypoxia model group, the contents of TGF-β1, type Ⅰ collagen and type Ⅲ collagen in high and low dose of Hongjingfang group Decreased (P <0.01). Conclusion Hongjing I has anti-fibrosis effect on corpus cavernosum smooth muscle cells, which may be related to the effects of type I collagen, type III collagen and TGF-β1 expression.
