聚焦解决模式在IVF-ET患者健康教育中应用的效果评价

目的:探讨聚焦解决模式的健康教育改善体外受精-胚胎移植术(IVF-ET)患者焦虑抑郁状况和社会支持水平的效果。方法120例IVF-ET患者分为实验组和对照组,每组60例。实验组患者采用聚焦解决模式5个步骤进行健康教育,对照组患者采用常规的健康教育指导。对两组患者分别在患者降调前、移植术后采用汗密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汗密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)进行焦虑、抑郁状况及社会支持利用度的评价。结果移植术后两组患者的HAMA、HAMD和SSRS均较自身降调前有明显改善,但实验组改善程度更加显著,移植术后实验组的HAMA、HAMD和SSRS评分水平显著优于同期对照组水平(P<0.05)。结论聚焦解决模式的健康教育指导对IVF-ET患者焦虑抑郁症状及社会支持利用度有明显的改善效果,显著减轻了患者的焦虑、抑郁症状,提高了社会支持利用度,能够满足患者的健康教育需求,激发患者主动配合治疗的积极性,增加患者治疗的信心,改善患者的情绪,提高患者的应对能力和生活质量。“,”Objective To explore the effect of the health education through solution-focused approach in improving anxiety and depression states and social support level of in vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation (IVF-ET) patients. Methods A total of 120 IVF-ET patients were divided into experimental group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The experimental group was given health education through solution-focused approach in 5 steps, while the control group received guidance of conventional health education. Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA), Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) and social support rating scale (SSRS) were respectively used to evaluate the patients’anxiety and depression states and the utilization degree of social support in the two groups before down-regulation and after transplantation. Results After transplantation, the level of HAMA, HAMD and SSRS of the two groups were significantly improved, compared with those before down-regulation;however, the improvement of the experimental group was more significant. After transplantation, the scores of HAMA, HAMD and SSRS of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group in the same period (P<0.05). Conclusion The health education through solution-focused approach obviously improves the IVF-ET patients’anxiety and depression states and the utilization degree of social support, and it also significantly reduces patients’anxiety and depression states and increases the utilization degree of social support. It can meet the health education requirement of patients, stimulate patients to actively collaborate in treatment, and enhance their confidence in treatment and improve their mood, thus it improves the response capacity and life quality of patients.
