中间包作为连铸的中间环节,起着承上启下的作用。如何控制中间包浇铸钢水温度是连铸生产的关键环节。运用有限元软件ANSYS对通道式中间包感应加热进行模拟计算分析,通过控制中间包的钢水出口流速计算得到钢水通过通道的时间,从而得到中间包钢水的温升速度,有效地补偿了钢水散热造成的温降,保证钢水具有合适的浇铸温度。通过参考文献间接验证了此模拟过程的有效性。
