目的研究血清降钙素原(PCT)联合C反应蛋白(CRP)水平检测在细菌性感染患儿鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2014年8月—2016年12月确山县人民医院317例细菌性感染患儿作为观察组,另取同期310例健康体检儿童作为对照组,均行PCT、CRP水平检测,统计对比两组血清PCT、CRP水平,并计算PCT、CRP单独检测及联合检测细菌性感染患儿敏感度及特异度。结果观察组血清PCT、CRP水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清PCT、CRP联合检测敏感度96.36%(53/55)、特异度94.00%(47/50)均高于单独检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CRP、PCT为细菌性感染患儿检测指标,且联合诊断价值较高,可有效提高敏感度、特异度。
Objective To investigate the value of serum procalcitonin (PCT) combined with C-reactive protein (CRP) in the differential diagnosis of children with bacterial infection. Methods Totally 317 children with bacterial infection in Queshan People’s Hospital from August 2014 to December 2016 were selected as the observation group. Another 310 healthy children were enrolled in the study. The levels of PCT and PCT were detected, The serum PCT and CRP levels were calculated. The sensitivity and specificity of PCT and CRP alone and in combination with bacterial infection were calculated. Results The serum PCT and CRP levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The combined detection of serum PCT and CRP was 96.36% (53/55) and 94.00% (47/50) Were higher than the individual test, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion CRP and PCT are the detection indexes of children with bacterial infection, and the combined diagnosis is of high value, which can effectively improve the sensitivity and specificity.
