[目的]研究了硝磺草酮的危险性。[方法]采用差示扫描量热-热重分析(DSC-TG)研究硝磺草酮的热分解情况,并对其燃烧特性进行了研究。[结果]分析和研究结果表明:硝磺草酮氧平衡值为-129.7,潜在燃爆危险性。干品硝磺草酮放热分解温度为170℃,分解导致热失控的危险性较高。干品硝磺草酮室温下具有堆积燃烧特性,物料温度达到50℃时,10 s内火焰传播距离达到100 mm,建议硝磺草酮以湿品形式储运。
[Objective] The research aimed to investigate the risk of mesotrione. [Method] The thermal decomposition of mesotrione was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry-thermogravimetric analysis (DSC-TG) and its combustion characteristics were studied. [Result] The results of analysis and research showed that the oxygen balance of mesotrione was -129.7, and the potential of explosion was explosive. The exothermic decomposition temperature of dried mesotrione is 170 ℃, and the risk of thermal runaway caused by decomposition is high. The dried mesotrione has the property of accumulation combustion at room temperature. When the temperature of the material reaches 50 ℃, the flame propagation distance within 10 s reaches 100 mm. It is recommended that mesotrione be stored and transported as a wet product.
