本文针对一种适用于民用建筑热回收的平板式热管热回收装置,分别以体积浓度为0.001%、0.01%以及0.1%的δ-Al2O3-R141b纳米流体作为工质,对该热回收装置的热回收效率进行了实验研究,并与将R141b作为工质时的热回收效率进行了比较。实验结果显示:与采用R141b工质相比,体积浓度为0.01%的纳米流体的热回收效率最好,体积浓度为0.001%的纳米流体的热回收效率与R141b基本保持一致;采用体积浓度为0.1%的纳米流体作为工质时,热回收装置的效率会大幅度降低。
In this paper, a flat-type heat pipe heat recovery device suitable for heat recovery of civil buildings was developed. The δ-Al2O3-R141b nanofluid with volume concentrations of 0.001%, 0.01% and 0.1% The recovery efficiency was experimentally studied and compared with the heat recovery efficiency when using R141b as working substance. The experimental results show that the nanofluid with the volume concentration of 0.01% has the best heat recovery efficiency compared with the R141b working medium, and the heat recovery efficiency of the nanofluid with the volume concentration of 0.001% is basically consistent with that of R141b. The volume concentration of 0.1% % Of the nanofluid as a working fluid, the heat recovery device efficiency will be greatly reduced.
