利用MINTEQA2程序建立了人体血浆的多相模型 ,并对此体系中Tb(Ⅲ )对Ca(Ⅱ )物种分布的影响作了研究。当体系中Tb3+的浓度为零时 ,Ca(Ⅱ )大部分以自由离子Ca2 +的形式存在于血浆中 ,百分含量为 74 7%。其余的Ca(Ⅱ )与血浆中的配体形成多种配合物 ,百分含量大于 1 0 %的物种为 :[CaHCO3](7 9% ) ,[Cal.actate](6 .4 % ) ,[CaHistidinateThreoninateH3]3- (2 .4 % ) ,[CaCitrateHistidinateH2 ](2 3% ) ,CaHPO4 (1 3% )和CaCO3(1 1% )。当Tb(Ⅲ )离子加入到血浆体系中后 ,Tb(Ⅲ )将与Ca(Ⅱ )竞争血浆中的无机和有机配体 ,从而导致自由钙离子浓度的增加和钙配合物浓度的减少。
The multiphase model of human plasma was established by MINTEQA2 program, and the effect of Tb (Ⅲ) on the distribution of Ca (Ⅱ) species in this system was studied. When the concentration of Tb3 + in the system is zero, most of Ca (Ⅱ) exists in the form of free ion Ca2 + in the plasma with a content of 74.7%. The remaining Ca (II) complexed with ligands in plasma, and the species with the percentage of more than 10% were [CaHCO3] (79%), [Cal. Actate] [CaHistidinate Threoninate H3] 3- (2.4%), [CaCitrateHistidinate H2] (23%), CaHPO4 (13%) and CaCO3 (11%). When Tb (III) ions are added to the plasma system, Tb (III) will compete with Ca (II) for inorganic and organic ligands in the plasma resulting in an increase in free calcium concentration and a decrease in calcium complex concentration.
