目的对飞行学员的一般心理状况以及心理素质与学业的关系进行抽样调查研究,以便进行针对性的心理能力训练。方法对60名中国民航大学志愿者进行瑞文推理、意志力、人际关系评价、压力应对、自信心、人格等心理学相关指标测试。结果 16.7%的学员在人际关系、11.7%的学员在瑞文测验、10%的学员分别在主动应对和逃避指标较差;外向型、开放型及随和型的人格共占65.4%,神经型的占18.2%,意识型的占16.4%;不同学业水平的飞行学员之间的瑞文推理、意志力、自信心以及人际关系等指标得分无显著性差异。结论志愿者心理状况总体良好,但有10%的学员在3项以上指标得分不理想;志愿者人格特点分布较均匀;学业成绩对心理素质无显著影响。
Objective To conduct a sample survey on the general psychological conditions of flight students and the relationship between their psychological qualities and their studies in order to conduct targeted psychological training. Methods Sixty volunteers from Civil Aviation University of China were tested on psychology related indicators such as Raven reasoning, willpower, interpersonal relationship evaluation, stress coping, self-confidence and personality. Results 16.7% students were in interpersonal relationship, 11.7% students were in Raven test, and 10% students were active in responding and avoiding indicators respectively. Extroverted, open and easygoing personality accounted for 65.4% Accounting for 18.2%, and conscious type accounted for 16.4%. There was no significant difference between Ruijin reasoning, willpower, self-confidence and interpersonal relationship among flight attendants of different academic levels. Conclusion The overall psychological status of volunteers was good, but 10% of the students did not score well in 3 or more indicators. The personality characteristics of volunteers were more evenly distributed. The academic performance did not significantly affect the psychological quality.
