针对电弧离子镀膜设备手动控制系统的缺点和不足,提出了采用MCGS组态软件来开发电弧离子镀膜设备自动控制系统的设计思想和可行性方案。文中对MCGS组态软件作了简单介绍,阐述了电弧离子镀膜设备的组成及其对自动控制系统的要求,并给出了依据软件特点和行业要求设计和开发电弧离子镀膜设备自动控制系统的方法和过程。同时对自动控制系统实际运行时的功能和过程进行了描述,指出了利用MCGS组态软件开发的自动控制系统和手动控制系统相比的优势所在。
Aiming at the shortcomings and deficiencies of manual control system of arc ion plating equipment, the design idea and feasibility scheme of using MCGS configuration software to develop automatic control system for arc ion plating equipment are proposed. In this paper, MCGS configuration software is briefly introduced. The composition of arc ion plating equipment and its requirements for automatic control system are described. The method of designing and developing the automatic control system for arc ion plating equipment according to the software features and industry requirements is also given And process. At the same time, the functions and processes of the automatic control system during the actual operation are described, and the advantages of the automatic control system and the manual control system developed by using MCGS configuration software are pointed out.
