病毒性脑炎常见于儿童,脑炎发生惊厥是儿科急症。本文应用徐州第二制药厂生产的氯硝西泮注射液静脉推注控制小儿脑炎惊厥,效果良好,报告如下。 31例症状、体征、脑脊液检查符合病毒性脑炎,并经脑脊液涂片检细菌和培养,头颅CT等除外脑出血、脑损伤,均合并惊厥。年龄8月～9岁,男19,女12例。全部病例入院时均昏迷,惊厥频繁发作,每日惊厥发作3次或3次以上,每次持续20秒至5分钟不等。脑脊液检查:细胞数(11～100)×
