各位委员、各位同志、各位先生:这次华东军政委员会第二次全体委员会议是以土地改革为中心议程。这一问题经过两天小组的讨论,两天大会的发言,各位对中央人民政府所公布的土地改革法及刘副主席在人民政协全国委员会第二次会议上所作关于土地改革问题的报告,都一致表示拥护。我们深为华东广大农民将从封建压迫下获得彻底解放而感到兴奋;我仅代表华东农民对各位的赞助和支持土改表示感谢。在两天关于土地改革问题的小组讨论中,各位先生踊跃发言,提出了很多有益的修改和补充意见,同时也提出了若干问题。我们热烈欢迎各位先生以这种积极负责的精神来讨论问题,因为这正是符合我们会议所提倡的「知无不言,言无不尽」的精神的。毛主席指示我们:大家多研究,多商量,打通思想,整齐步伐,组成一条伟大的反封建统一战线,这样就可以领导人民和帮助人民顺利的通过土地改革这一关。我想,我们这样做法,是符合于毛主席的指示的。因此,我现在也本着同样的精神,对各小组在讨论土地改革时所提出的问题,作如下的概括答覆。是否有当,请各位指正! Dear members, Dear colleagues, Dear Sir, This Second Plenary Meeting of the East China Military and Political Committee is centered on the land reform. This issue was discussed by the two-day panel, the two-day conference speech, and all the reports on the land reform promulgated by the Central People’s Government and on the issue of land reform made by Vice Chairman Liu at the second session of the CPPCC National Committee Unanimously expressed their support. We are deeply excited about the complete liberation of the peasants in East China from the oppression of feudalism. I would only like to thank the peasants in East China for their sponsorship and support for land reform. During the two-day panel discussion on land reform, all of you took the floor and made many helpful revisions and supplementary comments. At the same time, we also raised a number of issues. We warmly welcome all the gentlemen to discuss the issue with such a positive and responsible attitude because it is in line with the spirit of “knowing everything but saying nothing” advocated by our meeting. Chairman Mao has instructed us: We all study more and discuss with each other more, get through thought and neat steps to form a great anti-feudal united front so that we can lead the people and help people to pass the land reform smoothly. I think the way we do this is in line with Chairman Mao’s instructions. Therefore, in the same spirit, I now give the following general reply to the questions raised by the various groups when discussing the land reform. Are there any, please correct me!
