三牙轮钻头是石油钻井不可缺少的重要工具。为了提高钻头零部件易损表面的使用寿命,采用氧乙炔焰金属粉末堆焊工艺,堆焊钻铬钨耐磨合金,涂层硬度 HRC54~58。因此,给机械加工带来了很大困难,刀具磨损极其严重。为了推广堆焊的先进工艺,解决涂层表面的切削加工是关键课题之一。本文阐述了加工耐磨合金的试验方法,并分析用新刀具材料 YH硬质合金刀片的原因,最后做了简单的经济效果分析。可供生产钻头工厂和科研部门的机械加工人员参考。
