目的探析在筛查早期乳腺癌中应用超声引导实施微创技术的效果。方法对2015年1月—2016年12月黄河中心医院120例乳腺疾病患者长径在10 mm以下的乳腺微小结节共180个实施乳腺微创旋切术,术中旋切组织标本快速送至进行冰冻切片病理检查,按照快速病理结果确定手术开展的方式,术后进行病理检查,全部良性病变患者均接受为期半年的随访。结果本组180个微小结节中12例为恶性结节,168例为良性结节,Ⅱ级恶性率为0%,Ⅲ级恶性率为1.42%,Ⅳ级恶性率52.94%,Ⅴ级恶性率20%;乳腺微创旋切术患者术后有2例术中发生血肿,1例有活动性出血。结论超声引导下微创技术用于筛查早期乳腺癌能够帮助准确完成病理组织学诊断,价值明显,安全性高。
Objective To explore the application of ultrasound-guided minimally invasive techniques in the screening of early breast cancer. Methods From January 2015 to December 2016, 180 cases of minimally invasive breast microtumor with a diameter of 10 mm or less in 120 patients with breast disease in the Yellow River Central Hospital were treated with minimally invasive minimally invasive polypectomy. The specimens were dissected rapidly Frozen section pathological examination, in accordance with the results of rapid pathological operation to determine the way, postoperative pathological examination, all patients with benign lesions were accepted for a period of six months follow-up. Results Among the 180 tiny nodules in this group, 12 were malignant nodules, 168 were benign nodules, grade Ⅱ malignant rate was 0%, grade Ⅲ malignant rate was 1.42%, grade Ⅳ malignant rate was 52.94%, Grade V malignancy 20%; minimally invasive surgery in patients with minimally invasive breast hematoma surgery occurred in 2 cases, 1 case of active bleeding. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided minimally invasive techniques for screening early breast cancer can help accurately complete the pathological diagnosis, the value is obvious, high safety.
