“闹心的下水管道终于疏通了,街里这次真是给我们解决了大难题啊……”武汉市青山区钢花村街青翠苑社区2号院院长欧阳燕玲舒心地说。该社区化粪池多年堵塞,给社区居民造成了极大困扰。2013年9月,钢花村街党工委书记尹鹏了解情况后,迅速与区水务局等部门积极协商,免费为社区下水管道进行了疏通,在最短时间里解了社区居民的燃眉之急。2013年6月以来,钢花村街紧紧围绕“三在”(岗在社区、重在服务、责在连心)工作主题,探索“三在”工作新思路,进一步强化服务理念,将37名干部一一分配进驻点社区,千方百计掌握社情民意,想方设法服务基层群众,截至目前共走访接待群众125人次,解决群众实际困难91件,化解群众纠纷106件,撰写民情日记50余本。
